(1) The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) regulates all water uses within its boundaries pursuant to the provisions of chapter 373, F.S., in a manner consistent with Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-40, and with the overall policies, goals and objectives of the District. The Governing Board hereby adopts by reference the following rules of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection: subsections 62-40.416(7) and 62-40.416(8), F.A.C., effective May 6, 2013, which are hereby incorporated by reference as of March 24, 2014.
