(1) Pursuant to Florida Statutes § 373.613, failure to comply with any provisions of these rules is a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in Section 775.082 or 775.083, F.S.
    (2) The penalties specified in these rules are cumulative and do not supersede other legal remedies available to the District.
