The authority shall receive all of the local government share of sales and use tax revenues pursuant to Part 1.5 (commencing with Section 7200) of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code derived from the retail sale or use of tangible personal property that occurs on the site. In the 2030-2031 fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter, the authority shall convey and transfer to the County of Ventura 50 percent of all sales and use tax revenues derived from the retail sale or use of tangible personal property that occurs on the site.
