There is hereby created the Imperial County Transportation Commission. The commission shall be the successor agency to the Imperial Valley Association of Governments and shall assume all assets and liabilities of that entity. The area of jurisdiction of the commission shall consist of all of the incorporated and unincorporated area of Imperial County.

  • Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
