The motor carrier permit of a licensee may be suspended pursuant to § 494.5 of the Business and Professions Code if a licensee’s name is included on a certified list of tax delinquencies provided by the State Board of Equalization or the Franchise Tax Board pursuant to Section 7063 or Section 19195, respectively of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
