This chapter shall be construed in a manner that affords the adult requesting release all rights under Section 4502, including the right to treatment and habilitation services and supports in the least restrictive environment, and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), including the right to receive services in the most integrated setting appropriate.
