The regional center or its designee shall provide to the residential facility administrator all information in its possession concerning any history of dangerous propensity of the consumer prior to the placement in that facility. However, no confidential consumer information shall be released pursuant to this section without the consent of the consumer or authorized representative.

Terms Used In California Welfare and Institutions Code 4744
- Authorized representative: means an individual appointed by the State Council on Developmental Disabilities pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 4541 or who is an authorized representative, as defined in Section 4701. See California Welfare and Institutions Code 4512
- Consumer: means a person who has a disability that meets the definition of developmental disability set forth in subdivision (a). See California Welfare and Institutions Code 4512
