As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a) “Committee” means the Passenger Rail Finance Committee created pursuant to Section 2701.12.
Terms Used In California Streets and Highways Code 2701.01
- Committee: means the Passenger Rail Finance Committee created pursuant to Section 2701. See California Streets and Highways Code 2701.01
- Department: means the Department of Transportation. See California Streets and Highways Code 2701.01
- Fund: means the Passenger Rail Bond Fund created pursuant to Section 2701. See California Streets and Highways Code 2701.01
(b) “Department” means the Department of Transportation.
(c) “Fund” means the Passenger Rail Bond Fund created pursuant to Section 2701.05.
