(a) The court shall enforce an award confirmed under § 658J-16, including a temporary award, in the manner and to the same extent as any other order or judgment of a court.

Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 658J-23

  • Court: means the family court of this State. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 658J-2
  • Family law dispute: means a contested issue arising under the family and domestic relations laws of this State. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 658J-2

(b) The court shall enforce an arbitration award in a family law dispute confirmed by a court in another state in the manner and to the same extent as any other order or judgment from another state.
