Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 206E-267
- Authority: means the Hawaii community development authority established by section 206E-3. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 206E-2
- District: means the Pulehunui community development district. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 206E-262
No later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session, the authority shall submit to the legislature an annual comprehensive report on the progress of development within the district.
