- Appellate: About appeals; an appellate court has the power to review the judgement of another lower court or tribunal.
- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Authority: means the Brownstown Park District Civic Center Authority. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 200/35-5
