- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person opening, conducting, or maintaining an alternative health care model without a license issued under this Act shall be guilty of a business offense punishable upon conviction by a fine of $10,000. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
