- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
An Authority (notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act or any other provision of law) may include in any contract let in connection with a project stipulations requiring that the contractor or any subcontractors comply with requirements as to minimum wages and maximum hours of labor and with any conditions which the Federal government may have attached to its financial aid of the project.
