- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the foregoing are hereby repealed. If any provision of this Act is held invalid, the remainder of the Act shall not be affected thereby.
