Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 730 ILCS 148/70

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     There is created in the State treasury the Arsonist Registration Fund. Moneys in the Fund shall be used to cover costs incurred by the criminal justice system to administer this Act. The Illinois State Police shall establish and promulgate rules and procedures regarding the administration of this Fund. At least 50% of the moneys in the Fund shall be allocated by the Department for sheriffs’ offices and police departments.
