Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 215 ILCS 185/20
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Nothing in this Act shall be construed to amend, modify, or supersede the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act, including the authority of the State Treasurer to examine the records of any person if the State Treasurer has reason to believe that such person has failed to report property that should have been reported pursuant to the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act.
