- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
This Act is declared to be severable, and should any word, phrase, sentence, provision or section hereof be hereafter declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the remainder of this Act shall not thereby be affected, but shall remain valid and in full force and effect for all intents and purposes.
