- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
Any court, upon application of the Department, designated hearing officer, applicant, or licensee against whom proceedings under Section 95 of this Act are pending, may enter an order requiring attendance of witnesses and their testimony and the production of documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
