Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 705 ILCS 310/0.05
- Chief judge: The judge who has primary responsibility for the administration of a court but also decides cases; chief judges are determined by seniority.
As used in this Act, “jury administrator” means an employee of a circuit court located in a county with a population of at least 3,000,000, appointed by the chief judge for that circuit and who, at the direction of the chief judge, performs the functions of jury commissioners.
