Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense and on conviction thereof shall for the first offense be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than fifty dollars ($50) and for each subsequent offense by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).
