- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
A circuit court, upon application of the Department, may order the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of relevant documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with a hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order through contempt proceedings.
