The Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Borrowing Fund (CURE Borrowing Fund) is created as a special fund in the State treasury for the purpose of receiving proceeds from borrowings transacted pursuant to the Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Borrowing Act (CURE Borrowing Act) and for transferring and expending such moneys for the purposes authorized by that Act.
