Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 105/8.22

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity may be made from the Intra-Agency Services Fund, provided that the State Comptroller and the State Treasurer shall, within a reasonable time after July 1 of each year, upon the direction of the Governor, transfer from the Intra-Agency Services Fund to the General Revenue Fund such amounts as the Governor has determined to be in excess of the amount required to meet the obligations of the Intra-Agency Services Fund.
