- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.

As soon after the end of each fiscal year as may be expedient, the Board shall cause to be prepared and printed a complete and detailed report and financial statement of the Port District operations and of its assets and liabilities and a copy thereof shall be filed with the Governor, the county clerk of each county which is partially or wholly within the Port District, and a copy mailed to the Mayor and City Council or President and Board of Trustees of each municipality within the Port District.
