Right to appeal. (1) Any applicant or affected insurer has the right of appeal to the Governing Committee. A decision of the Committee may be appealed to the Director within 30 days after such decision.
(2) All orders or decisions of the Director made pursuant to this Article are subject to judicial review in accordance with the Administrative Review Law.
