- Continuance: Putting off of a hearing ot trial until a later time.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Article or any of the rules and regulations of the Department for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this Article is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. In case of a continuing violation each day’s continuance thereof shall be a separate and distinct offense.
