Each certified licensee shall keep, either in electronic form or hard copy, all acquisition and disposition records for a period of time no less than the time required under 27 C.F.R. § 478.129 or any subsequent law that regulates the retention of records. All video surveillance records, along with any sound recordings obtained from them, shall be kept for a period of not less than 90 days.
