The following words and phrases when used in this Act, shall, for the purposes of this Act, have the meanings ascribed to them in Chapter V of the Unified Code of Corrections:

Under the Illinois Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:Class | Prison | Fine |
