Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 410 ILCS 705/55-55
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
All final administrative decisions of the Department of Public Health, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, and the Illinois State Police are subject to judicial review under the Administrative Review Law and the rules adopted under that Law. The term “administrative decision” is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
