The Commission, for the purpose of more effectively carrying out the provisions of this Chapter, shall obtain pursuant to the provisions of the “Personnel Code” such officers and employees as it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter or to perform the duties and exercise the powers conferred by law upon the Commission.
