Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/3-913
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Hearings under this Article shall be governed by Section 2-118 of this Act and the Administrative Review Law as amended, shall apply to and govern all proceedings for judicial review of any final order issued by the Secretary of State.
