- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
Such deed shall convey to the grantee therein named all the title, estate and interest of the judgment debtor, of every nature and kind, in and to the premises thereby conveyed, but such deed shall not be construed to contain any covenant on the part of the officer executing the same.
