The building and appurtenances shall remain subject to the statutory mortgage lien provided by KRS § 67.505, until the payment in full of the principal and interest on the bonds. Any holder of the bonds or of any of the coupons may, either at law or in equity, protect and enforce the lien and may by action enforce and compel performance of all duties required in KRS § 67.450 to KRS § 67.550, including the making and collecting of sufficient rents, the segregation of income and revenue and the application thereof.
