Upon receipt of the written request by the Finance and Administration Cabinet for cost projections of the professional firefighters foundation program fund as prescribed in KRS
42.190, the administrator of the fund shall certify, within twenty-one (21) calendar days, in writing said projections to the Finance and Administration Cabinet.

- branch budget: means an enactment by the General Assembly which provides appropriations and establishes fiscal policies and conditions for the biennial financial plan for the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and the executive branch, which shall include a separate budget bill for the Transportation Cabinet.
