Kentucky Statutes 96.030 – Exclusive franchise not to be granted by consolidated local government or city of the first class

No exclusive privilege shall be acquired through the sale of a franchise under KRS
96.010 by a consolidated local government or a city of the first class. The sale of a franchise to one (1) person by a consolidated local government or a city of the first class shall not prevent a subsequent sale of a similar franchise to another person.
