Any component of the Wild Rivers System that is or shall become a part of any state park, wildlife refuge, or similar state-administered area shall be subject to the provisions of KRS § 146.200 to KRS § 146.360 and the laws under which the other areas may be administered, and in the case of conflict between the provisions of these laws the more restrictive provisions shall apply.
