Any component of the system that is a part of any state park, recreation area, or similar area shall be subject to the provisions of KRS § 148.610 to KRS § 148.780 and the acts under which the other areas are administered, and in the case of conflict between the provisions of these acts the more restrictive provisions shall apply.
