If any provisions of KRS § 164A.555 to KRS § 164A.630 or the application thereof to any persons or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of KRS § 164A.555 to KRS § 164A.630 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of KRS § 164A.555 to KRS § 164A.630 are severable.
