The provisions of KRS § 174.400 to KRS § 174.425 shall not apply to hazardous materials shipped by the United States government. Nothing herein shall be construed as requiring the disclosure of any defense information or restricted data as defined in 42 U.S.C. secs. 2011 et seq. and 42 U.S.C. secs. 5801 et seq.
