All fees collected by the department for licensing and examinations shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a revolving fund for the use of the department in enforcing the provisions of KRS § 217B.515 to KRS § 217B.585 and for the expense of carrying out the duties and functions of the Structural Pest Management Advisory Board.
