An association may be organized in any section of the state for the purpose of affording protection to the farmers in that locality in the raising of livestock on their farms.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 272.380
- Livestock: means cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses, alpacas, llamas, buffaloes, or any other animals of the bovine, ovine, porcine, caprine, equine, or camelid species. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
- State: when applied to a part of the United States, includes territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
