(1) There is hereby created a trust and agency account in the Public Service
Commission called the “siting fund.”
(2) All fees received by the board for the purpose of administering KRS § 278.700 to
278.716 shall be deposited into the siting fund. The fund shall not lapse and all expenditures from the fund shall be used to implement KRS § 278.700 to KRS § 278.716.
