(1) Every corporation formed under KRS § 279.010 to KRS § 279.220 shall be subject to the general supervision of the Public Service Commission, and shall be subject to all the provisions of KRS § 278.010 to KRS § 278.450 inclusive, and KRS § 278.990.
(2) The provisions of the general corporation laws of this state and all rights and powers thereunder shall apply to corporations organized under KRS § 279.010 to
