As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) “Hotel” means any hotel or inn, and includes an apartment hotel wherein furnished or unfurnished apartments are rented for fixed periods of time and the proprietor, if required, supplies food to the occupants; and

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 306.010

  • Hotel: means any hotel or inn, and includes an apartment hotel wherein furnished or unfurnished apartments are rented for fixed periods of time and the proprietor, if required, supplies food to the occupants. See Kentucky Statutes 306.010
