Any person who is a licensed landscape architect in the United States or another country where the qualifications prescribed at the time of licensing were, in the opinion of the board, equal to those prescribed in the Commonwealth at the date of application, may be granted a license.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 323A.050
- Board: means the Kentucky Board of Landscape Architects. See Kentucky Statutes 323A.010
- Landscape architect: means a person who engages in the practice of landscape architecture as defined in subsection (3) of this section. See Kentucky Statutes 323A.010
