KRS § 367.190, 367.200, 367.210, 367.220 and KRS § 367.110 to KRS § 367.360 to the contrary notwithstanding, if funds of any kind or nature whatsoever are recovered by or on behalf of the Commonwealth in a legal action, including an ex rel. action in which the Attorney General has entered an appearance or is a party under statutory or common law authority, those funds recovered shall be handled in accordance with KRS § 48.005.
