The provisions of KRS § 381.805 to KRS § 381.910 shall be in addition to and supplemental to all other provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, provided that wherever the application of the provisions of KRS § 381.805 to KRS § 381.910 conflict with the application of such other provisions, KRS § 381.805 to KRS § 381.910 shall prevail.
