If any provision of KRS § 407.5101 to KRS § 407.5902 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of KRS § 407.5101 to KRS § 407.5902 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end provisions of KRS § 407.5101 to KRS § 407.5902 are severable.
