Any forgery device which is made, possessed or used in violation of this chapter is forfeited to the state and shall be disposed of in accordance with KRS § 500.090.

  • Forgery: The fraudulent signing or alteration of another's name to an instrument such as a deed, mortgage, or check. The intent of the forgery is to deceive or defraud. Source: OCC
