Any person who intentionally violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, except that an intentional violation of an order issued under KRS § 610.030(11) shall be referred to the county attorney for prosecution under KRS
530.070(1)(c) if the case relates to truancy.
